I have great pleasure in extending my warm greetings and best wishes to all my fellow citizens. The Spirit of Indians in building the nation, it’s time to salute the Nation and also say “proud to Be an Indian”!

Unity in Diversity

Many Indians struggled for over many years in shaping our nation. They are the key roles to make this nation what it is today.  So, to remembering and paying tribute to those brave hearts we have three national festivals which we celebrate every year as tribute giving occasions. Namely Republic day, Independence Day and Gandhi jayanthi.

It is time to celebrate the Republic day anniversary of India. Not only celebrate but also implement new ideas and good habit’s to build a even better nation. Today we are all saying that “proud to be an Indian”. Why? What is the reason, how India is made us to be proud of our self. What we have paid or pay to India in return?

Coming to the point.

India is not, as people keep calling it, as an underdeveloped country, but rather, in contains of its history and cultural heritage, a highly developed one in an advanced country of decay. Many foreign kings looted our country, Many foreigners ruled our country, Many insignificant politicians also looted our country. But still India  stands for its own special.

India as a great history which makes every Indian as proud Indian. Because the nation is not just build by Indian Constitution. It is build by giving many sacrifices, blood and involvement of pain and tears. In 1600AD east India Company and many foreigners came to India. And started acquiring and ruling India. at last India was completely under the control of British government and faced a lot of trouble from them. In 1857 some real patriots stood up for the nation and started a revolution against the British rule. Millions of people fought against the British and gave their breath for shaping India. A peep into the past will make our hearts heavy and eyes filled with tears. After the long time, after much revolution India got free from British rule in 1947. But does not had a standard rule and regulation. Some rules and regulation were required to drive the country. So a committee was organized under the chairmanship of B.R. Ambedkar. which was given the work of writing the constitution for India. To prepare the complete satisfied Indian constitution it took nearly three years, On November 4, 1947, the drafted document was submitted and after many negotiations, debates, and modifications the document was approved and signed by all the members of the Assembly on January 24, 1950. Two days later that on January 26, 1950, the constitution of India came into effect. Eventually, the political powers were taken away from the British and India became a 'Republic'.

In Indian history 26th January signifies the adoption of Indian Constitution in 1950. On this day India finally enjoyed the freedom of spirit, rule of law and fundamental principle of Governance. Republic Day is a day of the citizen of the country when he is entitled to be ‘all chief'. The word republic means a country that is ruled by people, elected by the the people of that nation. Every year the day is celebrated most magnificently in the capital State of India, New Delhi.  And also the day is celebrated with much enthusiasm throughout the country. As an Indian it is our duty to pay grand salutes to our great freedom warriors those who have made it desirable with their sweat, tears, and blood, for us. They struggled for Indian democracy and freedom. Today we enjoy the fruits of their struggle.

When we became republic country, things started changing. The command of country was in the people of the country. Elections were started and people selected their representative. For sure we have done a lot of Improvements after becoming republic but many problems like corruption and unemployment has grown up rapidly. So we need to find the solution for these problems, only then our country can become the best place on earth to live. On the eve of Republic day, cultural programmes are arranged in school, colleges and different public places. Political and social meeting also arranged for considering social and national issues. National flag is furled not only at government offices but also at public places. National anthem beats inspire the countrymen with feelings of patriotism.

In our development, even before Independence we had placed our emblem in some fields and after which our progress was huge. The world class kings  like Asoka and Akbar were born in India. the famous saint swami Vivekananda was born in India. We bought a Scientists like sir C.V.Raman, Dr. Abdul Kalam, and famous mathematician Ramanujan; we have excellent sports icon like Sachin Tendulkar, We have brilliant musician who had won two ascars at a time. Many people made our India as proud. Now it is the time for you. What you are go to pay for you country?

Unity in diversity has been the biggest symbol of our country. Now, it is time take a promise,  all of us that we will take some small steps to make our country a great nation, a better place for all, which always stands for human values. And there is only one caste, one religion, and that is 'Indian' Together, we all salute the Indian Flag and pay tribute to all our freedom warriors.

“The future depends on what we do in the present” be the change you want to see in the world. I feel that we make our progress in the good direction in the coming days and the feeling of oneness  remains in the progressive days of tomorrow.

Jai Hind. Jai Bharat!!
