Posted by ample On Monday, 24 April 2017 0 comments
Howdy Shoppers,

Welcome back to shopping cave blog. Today is 24th April 2017 so that means I was born before 9000 days ago from today.  I am very happy to remember that I have completed 8999 days in the earth of planet and still alive. Today is the most important day in my life Timeline.

STORY OF MY DAYS

For the remembrance of this day, I am writing this small piece of thanksgiving article since I was supported by many people on this planet. I always owe a debt of gratitude to all those people.

My First Thanks - is to my mother. You may ask why not father?  Since I knew only my mother when I was born. She is my prime friend of my life on this planet. She smiled when I was cried on the day of my birth. She made me stop crying and thought me to laugh. And then she introduced my father to me.

Sweet to remember...

My Second Thanks, of course to my father. He is the man the greatest gift of god; he is the man the real hero of my life. He guided me, he protected me, he served me, and he supported me and lot. I can’t able to express it with the words; it’s all about more than words that he has done to me. In simply I can tell you. I love my dad.

Love to memorize...

And all other thanks, I dedicate to people who were living around me. Who loves me, who cares me, who helped me, who supported me.  Totally I dedicate all my thanks to the world. I always owe a debt of gratitude to all of you people.
I really honor all people who were really supported and taught me many life lessons which is helping me today. Over the last 8999days I had many good days and bad days, sometimes I felt I am the luckiest person in this world and sometimes I also felt I am the unluckiest person in this world. Up and downs is common in life cycles, I had many bad days than good days, good days where I had spent very rare. Many days I had spent with no food, no good clothes, no money, no job, health issue of my parents and Most of the days I only had a pack of debt. But I had motivated myself to face my bad days; many of my efforts went fruitless. Many of my dreams were ignored. But I am really interested in controlling and changing my destiny so now I am digging all my dreams.

There are no great milestones in my life timeline. I don’t know how the days were gone. I am getting a little bit of disappointment, that I don’t have milestones to tell like great things done by me. But Many peoples scolded and called me as a waste fellow, useless fellow but my heart is telling me “you are still alive”.

I can tell that the most wonderful gift gifted by god is dreams, it’s a magic of life, everyday I open my eyes with the hope of entering my dreamland. It's a fantastic feeling, I love always. Sunrise which welcomes me to the real world with the promise to leave me again to my dream world. I really enjoying the nature of earth from the day I was born.

The Past is past, Life is a one time opportunity, we can’t bring back the days which we were spent but we can begin again with new hopes, new ideas with no mistakes. I had made many mistakes in my past and learn many lessons in life. My past has not destroyed me or defeated me. It has only strengthened me. I believe and aware of the new world is waiting for me.

I am not tired of waiting for golden days in my life. I am thrilled to be 24, its is time now to me to wrap up my past pains and start to enjoy my work for my dreams to get into reality. It's time for something new! I am going to succeed because I am crazy enough. Now I am ready to face my future I have a plan for next 1000 days. if I am  alive till my next 1000 days I am sure I will write the success story of my life on 19-January-2020.

Stay tuned.

The Republic Day Of India: A Great National Festival

Posted by ample On Thursday, 26 January 2017 0 comments
I have great pleasure in extending my warm greetings and best wishes to all my fellow citizens. The Spirit of Indians in building the nation, it’s time to salute the Nation and also say “proud to Be an Indian”!

Unity in Diversity

Many Indians struggled for over many years in shaping our nation. They are the key roles to make this nation what it is today.  So, to remembering and paying tribute to those brave hearts we have three national festivals which we celebrate every year as tribute giving occasions. Namely Republic day, Independence Day and Gandhi jayanthi.

It is time to celebrate the Republic day anniversary of India. Not only celebrate but also implement new ideas and good habit’s to build a even better nation. Today we are all saying that “proud to be an Indian”. Why? What is the reason, how India is made us to be proud of our self. What we have paid or pay to India in return?

Coming to the point.

India is not, as people keep calling it, as an underdeveloped country, but rather, in contains of its history and cultural heritage, a highly developed one in an advanced country of decay. Many foreign kings looted our country, Many foreigners ruled our country, Many insignificant politicians also looted our country. But still India  stands for its own special.

India as a great history which makes every Indian as proud Indian. Because the nation is not just build by Indian Constitution. It is build by giving many sacrifices, blood and involvement of pain and tears. In 1600AD east India Company and many foreigners came to India. And started acquiring and ruling India. at last India was completely under the control of British government and faced a lot of trouble from them. In 1857 some real patriots stood up for the nation and started a revolution against the British rule. Millions of people fought against the British and gave their breath for shaping India. A peep into the past will make our hearts heavy and eyes filled with tears. After the long time, after much revolution India got free from British rule in 1947. But does not had a standard rule and regulation. Some rules and regulation were required to drive the country. So a committee was organized under the chairmanship of B.R. Ambedkar. which was given the work of writing the constitution for India. To prepare the complete satisfied Indian constitution it took nearly three years, On November 4, 1947, the drafted document was submitted and after many negotiations, debates, and modifications the document was approved and signed by all the members of the Assembly on January 24, 1950. Two days later that on January 26, 1950, the constitution of India came into effect. Eventually, the political powers were taken away from the British and India became a 'Republic'.

In Indian history 26th January signifies the adoption of Indian Constitution in 1950. On this day India finally enjoyed the freedom of spirit, rule of law and fundamental principle of Governance. Republic Day is a day of the citizen of the country when he is entitled to be ‘all chief'. The word republic means a country that is ruled by people, elected by the the people of that nation. Every year the day is celebrated most magnificently in the capital State of India, New Delhi.  And also the day is celebrated with much enthusiasm throughout the country. As an Indian it is our duty to pay grand salutes to our great freedom warriors those who have made it desirable with their sweat, tears, and blood, for us. They struggled for Indian democracy and freedom. Today we enjoy the fruits of their struggle.

When we became republic country, things started changing. The command of country was in the people of the country. Elections were started and people selected their representative. For sure we have done a lot of Improvements after becoming republic but many problems like corruption and unemployment has grown up rapidly. So we need to find the solution for these problems, only then our country can become the best place on earth to live. On the eve of Republic day, cultural programmes are arranged in school, colleges and different public places. Political and social meeting also arranged for considering social and national issues. National flag is furled not only at government offices but also at public places. National anthem beats inspire the countrymen with feelings of patriotism.

In our development, even before Independence we had placed our emblem in some fields and after which our progress was huge. The world class kings  like Asoka and Akbar were born in India. the famous saint swami Vivekananda was born in India. We bought a Scientists like sir C.V.Raman, Dr. Abdul Kalam, and famous mathematician Ramanujan; we have excellent sports icon like Sachin Tendulkar, We have brilliant musician who had won two ascars at a time. Many people made our India as proud. Now it is the time for you. What you are go to pay for you country?

Unity in diversity has been the biggest symbol of our country. Now, it is time take a promise,  all of us that we will take some small steps to make our country a great nation, a better place for all, which always stands for human values. And there is only one caste, one religion, and that is 'Indian' Together, we all salute the Indian Flag and pay tribute to all our freedom warriors.

“The future depends on what we do in the present” be the change you want to see in the world. I feel that we make our progress in the good direction in the coming days and the feeling of oneness  remains in the progressive days of tomorrow.

Jai Hind. Jai Bharat!!

Meditation

I think you are all curious to research my misstep. I love it and move it, let’s jump into the matter.

So, what is meditation?

Meditation is nothing but a practice which we used to get knowledge (enlightenment) from our Inner world education university of life.

In other Words: - meditation is a practice where you can get a guru to your mind.( You are the guru of yourself, you digs yourself and teaches your mind)

Why do we need to implement it in our daily life?

There must be a reason for continuing this art from Vedic period to present. Just think about nature, a wonderful creativity of god. Consider the air you can’t see it, however you feel it when it blows. Many supernatural powers are accessible in nature yet we didn’t know about it. You can answer where you are come from by scientifically but you can’t able to answer the purpose of your birth. Everybody is in the way of their own search of their purpose of birth. If you want to achieve what you want, you need to relax your mind (like a new-born baby mind) to think fresh. I am sure meditation will help you to relax and Sharpe your mind.

“I feel like a shower in rain without umbrella”

I think your brain is lighted now just like 1000volts bulb.

What are the types or levels of meditation?

There are many types of meditation that people call in different names it is just like the different door to enter the inside of the temple. but I just separated into short for my shoppers. So let me explain the first one,

Conscious meditation: When you start meditation, you need concentration to do deep meditation. You will start with breathing inhale and exhale. And will adjust your mood and thoughts which work best for you. You may aware of these. Many times especially when you are new to meditation you can’t able go for next level (Subconscious level) of meditation. You may wrap up as soon before entering next level.  No problem even this type of meditation benefits you.

Subconscious Meditation:   While you meditate many thoughts, images, the sound that will come around you. After fixing to a particular attention. You may aware that you going into deep. While all your thoughts, images, the sound, whatever which were around you starts to get invisible. And you inhale –exhale breath become automatically normal. You may experience it while meditating.

Unconscious meditation: the main aim of meditation is enlightenment. In this stage, you are totally out from this earth. Just like sitting dead body. Even you will not take the breath, no heartbeat your spirit (Atma) will travel to the different world. That world can teach you about the life and your karma. The true meaning of your birth.

How many hours did you require to meditate?

Well, it depends upon you, everybody was busy in their daily life some people even they don’t have time to spend time with the family. If you don’t have time, at least try to make free to do meditation for 5 to 10 minutes. If you love meditation you can plan according to your time management and can do meditation for many hours if you like. Its all depends on you.

The True Influence Of Your Habits – Your Habits Are Creating Your Future!

Posted by ample On Tuesday, 3 January 2017 0 comments
Hey Shoppers,

Today I have a surprising message to you all.  Always remember, “The world is yours”. You have already held the secret to achieve something in your life. Yes, the mystery of your achievement is your habit. Your habits shape you. It helps you to do preparation, hard work, learning from failures. There are no secrets to success, It is the result of your habits. Habits which reminds us, the power of repeated actions that we take day by day. Successful habits turn our goals from dreams and wish into our new reality. On the off chance, your activities might inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, and you will become the master. Wow! Sounds complicated.

Habits Are Creating Our Future

The first thing I want to say before you are going to read this full post. you must take some challenges. It is nothing, you need to ask these five questions and answer it. not one day but every day, questioning these questions to you every day is one of the good habits. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that just little extra. Success is the sum of small efforts – repeated day in and day out. So Please write down and ask these questions to yourself.

1.Who I am
2.Why I am here
3.What is my dream?
4.What do I want to do?
5.What have I done?

Check how frequently these questions are making enthusiasm to you and how often these questions are exhausting to you.

Habits which shapes you, here is a Small example: If you change your habits for reading books and if your pick good books it will change you and your interactions with other people as good. If you read bad books it will change you and your interactions with other people as bad. That all, It's Simple.

The way your life will turn out, might be this year or next years from now, is the result of consequence of all your current habits. Everything in our lives is administered by our habits. Starting from how you get out from the bed in the morning, to how you dress, to how to do you style, to how you speak, think and most importantly how you act and react, are all supervised by your habits. Your routines or habits regulate how you respond to practically every set of prospects which transverse our path. They determine, whether you will take the daily action you need to take in order to achieve your goals, what you will think about all day, how you will retain to any challenges, which will cross your path and they drive you every day, to be disciplined or lazy.

A habit which you start doing it without really thinking about it, it just helps you relax, or pay attention, or feel better about yourself. It is very Important when we are selecting our habits thoughtfully or carefully. Because the bad habits may cause for your disappointment. habits which we develop in our life that will determine whether we ever reach our goals or not. This is where the challenge lies when you introduce this new success, habits are building process of your life. You need to know where you want your life to go, identify the bad habits, which are not serving you and work to replace them with the success habits that will. Make a list of your helpful habits. Create your list; listen to how you feel when you look at each of your present habits. Do they bring your satisfaction, efficiency or fun? Do they serve a good purpose in your life? Or does the habit interfere with your well being or the well being of others? Honor those habits that work for you as they can free you up so you can make other changes in your life.

No one starts doing something, expecting it to become a permanent part of their life. Simply remind of time we have surrendered attempting to change our habit but we jump back to our old ways. We use this mental every day when we are stressed. when we face disappointment we have mental habitual responses that deal with all our sensitive trouble. Make sure to avoid this mistake and expect next year from now we will be more effective.

Start include to good habit now, Sometimes later becomes never. On the off chance that you make good habits it is naturally clear your way as positive and effective. It starts with the evident. We do things over and over, and they become our habits. With your motivation in mind, set aside time on a regular basis. Having a habit, we have to do it a lot of times, thus making it part of ourselves. Once you stuck to your habit, it is in control more than you are, and without a conscious effort to break or alter the habit, you will continue until your dying day. That’s just how it goes.

Stop here, due to current workload, my mind is going to switch off now. hope you enjoyed my post. I will back soon with a new message. until then bye from Naveen Mayura.
